At CYCPLUS, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service to customers worldwide. Whether you’re ordering a compact pump or a large indoor trainer, we aim to make your shipping experience clear and hassle-free.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries around the world. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Fees

To ensure clarity at checkout, our shipping fees are determined by the warehouse fulfilling your order:

Region 1 (Local Warehouses)

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $40.
  • Standard Rate: For orders under $40, a flat $10 shipping fee will apply.

Region 2 (China Warehouse)

  • For orders shipped directly from our China warehouse, standard shipping rates apply. The exact shipping fee will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Oversized Items

Products such as the T7 Smart Bike, T2/T3 Smart Trainers, and Smart Fans are subject to dynamic shipping limitations due to strict size and weight restrictions imposed by local logistics carriers.

  • Surcharges: An additional $100 shipping surcharge may apply when delivering to specific remote or hard-to-reach regions. This will be calculated at checkout.
  • Address Restrictions: We strictly cannot deliver oversized items to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain non-contiguous regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).
  • Right to Cancel: Carrier service areas for oversized freight change frequently. If your local carrier deems your address undeliverable after the order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. No additional compensation will be provided for orders canceled due to carrier restrictions.

In rare cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters or regulatory changes), processing and delivery times may be delayed. We will notify you by email if any unexpected delays occur. For countries not listed above, please contact us for availability.

Accessory Shipping

All accessories and spare parts, including hose kits, separately purchased cassettes, freehub bodies, and certain replacement components, are shipped directly from our China warehouse for all destinations.

Delivery timelines for these items follow Region 2 estimates, and customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Duties & Taxes

We aim to provide a transparent pricing experience:

  • Region 1 (Local Warehouse): Orders shipped to Region 1 countries are fulfilled from our local warehouses. We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, meaning all duties and taxes are included in the product price. No additional fees upon delivery.
  • Region 2 (China Warehouse): Orders shipped to Region 2 countries are fulfilled directly from our China warehouse. DDP is not available. Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees according to local regulations. These costs are not covered by CYCPLUS.

Pre-Order Shipping

For products marked as Pre-Order (such as the T7 Smart Bike):

  • Processing & Overseas Shipping: Your order will be processed immediately after purchase and included in our next bulk shipment to our overseas warehouses. This transfer usually takes 1–2 months.
  • Local Delivery: Once the products arrive at the overseas warehouse, they will be dispatched via local shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. Please note: Oversized deliveries are highly dependent on local carrier capacity and may experience unexpected delays or sudden address restrictions.
  • Customs & Duties: Orders shipped from overseas warehouses are duty-free for Region 1 countries. You will not need to pay additional import taxes or customs fees.
  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped first.
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as each shipment is dispatched.

⚠️ Special Notice

Due to local customs restrictions and shipping limitations, we are unable to offer DDP service for any products shipped to the following regions: Brazil, Norway, Switzerland, and Mexico.

Customers in these regions will be fully responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery. CYCPLUS cannot reimburse or waive these charges under any circumstances. We strongly recommend reviewing your country's import policies before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime through the Order Status page on our website.
