At CYCPLUS, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a fair and transparent return and refund process. Please carefully review our policy outlined below. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility (The 30-Day Period)
You have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract or request a return within 30 calendar days from the day you, or a designated third party, acquire physical possession of your order. You do not need to provide any reason for exercising this right. After this 30-day period, non-warranty returns and exchanges are no longer eligible.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To ensure a smooth process and exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement before sending the item back. The easiest way to do this is by clicking the button below:
Alternatively, you can manually email steven@cycplus.com. Please ensure you include your Order Number, the name of the product(s), and a clear statement that you are exercising your right to return.
Upon receiving your notification, our support team will promptly provide the designated international return address, mandatory customs declaration instructions, and next steps. Packages returned without prior notification may face processing delays.
3. Return Conditions & Diminished Value
You are permitted to inspect and test the products to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to testing an item in a physical store).
- Full Refund: To qualify for a full refund, products must be returned in their original, unblemished condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Diminished Value Deduction: If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it (e.g., physical damage, scratches, dirt, or signs of installation/outdoor use), we reserve the right to deduct a diminished value fee from your refund, proportional to the depreciated state of the item.
4. Return Shipping Cost & Customs Duties
Please review the following shipping responsibilities carefully, as our products are dispatched internationally:
- Product defect, shipping damage, or seller error: CYCPLUS covers all return shipping costs.
- Personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered, exercising withdrawal): The customer is responsible for bearing all direct costs of returning the goods. This includes international return shipping fees and any cross-border customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon the item's return.
⚠️ Important Customs Instruction
When returning items across borders, you must clearly mark the customs declaration as "RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE". If the package is not marked correctly and results in CYCPLUS incurring import duties, those charges will be strictly deducted from your final refund amount.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Orders or pre-orders canceled prior to dispatch will be canceled immediately and receive a 100% full refund. No processing fees will be applied.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be intercepted. However, you may return the item upon delivery by following the standard return process outlined above.
6. Claims for Shipping Damage
In the event your item arrives damaged in transit:
- Notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery by contacting steven@cycplus.com.
- Provide clear photo or video documentation of the damage and the exterior packaging.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (or after you provide verified proof of having shipped the goods back, whichever is earliest).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If you have not received your refund, first verify your bank account or credit card statement, then contact your provider as processing times may vary. If the issue remains unresolved, contact steven@cycplus.com.
