Pumps

1. Does it come with a protective case?

There is a gray drawstring bag inside the box, except the model A5&A7.

2. Does each model come with a bike bracket?

No. Only the model A2 does.

3. Does it work with balloons?

No, it doesn't. It can mainly pump up items with high pressure requirements. E.g: bike tires, motor.

4. Does it read the current preasure?

Yes, the display will read the current pressure when you connect it to the tire and turn on the unit.

5. What is the actual length of the air hose?

Including the silver part that attaches to the tire, air hoses of A2A3A4A5 are 6.25 inches. While A7A8's are 11.22 inches. Hope this helps.

6. Can it be used for vacuum storage bags or pool toys? And does it have a reverse to deflate vacuum storage bags or pool toys?

Unfortunately, it not so suitable for inflation of vacuum storage bags and pool toys. Deflation neither.

7. Does it work with stand up paddle board with the proper halkey roberts valve?

Sorry, it doesn't.

8. Which nozzle do I use to fill my tires?

There is no attachment needed for tires with Schrader valve. But you need to use the valve adapter for Presta valve tires.

9. What is the true mAh of the battery? 500 mAh seems to be inaccurate (way too low).

Model A2A3A4A5 are 500 mAh with 4 batteries. And model A7A8 are 2600 mAh with two batteries.

10. Does each model come with a car charger?

Only the model A5 does.

11. Can this device be left in the car during summer or winter? Can it handle hot or cold temperature?

Hello, the operating temperature of this electric air pump is -10℃ ~ +60℃

12. Is there a special way to charge A7 or A8? No matter what usb C cable I use, no light comes on and it won't charge.

Please be carefull on what charger you use. A7 or A8 does not support charging with a C-C cable.

13. Is it waterproof?

Hello, it is moderately waterproof and can be used normally in light rain. But it can not be immersed in water or in heavy rainstorm weather.

14. Does each model can be used as a power bank?

No, only model A2 and A5 do.

15. Is it only good to pump one flat car tire before it needs to recharge?

Model A2A3A4A5 could fill up a fully flat car tire with one single full charge. And model A7A8 could inflate 2-3 empty car tires.

16. Can you replace the hose with one that has a lever clamp?

No, it is not interchangeable. It is made so well that basically no air is lost if you twist it off in a steady smooth motion. 

Bike Computer

1. With just this alone will it tell me how fast I'm going ?

Yes it will. It can use GPS to monitor speed if you don't have a speed sensor.

2. Will this track elevation and grade?

Yes, elevation and grade can be tracked. Also, they can be seen by syncing the ride to Strava. 

3. Can you use it on electric bicycles?

You can put this device on electric bicycles. The display can show maximum speed at 99.9km/h.

4. Can it fit on my existing garmin mount?

Sure, it is.

5. Does it have a timer?

It has a 24 hour clock and a ride timer.

6. Does it work on a Windows 10 computer/laptop?

Sorry, it doesn't.

7. How long is the battery life at full charge?

Endurance time is 30-35 hours at full charge.

8. I would like to use this on a sailboat. We run speeds from 0 to 6 mph. How accurate is this thing at these low speeds, particularly 1-4 mph?

I wouldn't recommend running this on a sailboat. It will require wheel rotation and stable gps satellite.

9. Do I need a single power meter to read my power? What power meter is recommended for this cycling computer?

Yes, you do. And it should work with any power meter using ANT+ protocal.

10. Do I need to order the speed sensor in oder to get accurate speed while riding with this computer?

The bike computer will measure the speed itself when there is gps, and the speed will be accurate. So single speed sensor needed only if riding on a trainer.

11. If there is GPS as well as connected with a speed sensor, will it measure distance based on the speed sensor or will it still use gps for distance?

It will use the speed sensor for distance and speed.

12. Can the pages be customized? Showing what I want on the screen?

Unfortunately, the page can't be customized.

13. Can you track calories burned with Cyplus M1?

You can track calories consumed after snycing your workouts to Strava.

14. Will the M1 pair with an Apple watch for heart rate?

No, it won't.

15. How do I reset the odometer to zero?

Please do a factory reset. You cannot manually change the ODO.

16. Does this have Bike 1 and Bike 2 functions?

Single bike.

17. Can the data files be downloaded with the USB connector ?

You can use the XOSS app on your smartphone to export data in fit file.

2. Can the C3 sensor (speed mode) work on rear wheel?

Suggest you install the speed sensor on the front wheel hub, making it closer to the bike computer. Data may be erratic if it's on the rear wheel.

3. Will the HRM pair with Samsung Health or Apple Health?

Sorry, it won't.

4. Can i use the C3 cadence and speed sensor on a spin bike?

Not recommend. The transmission from the sensor maybe interrupted if there is magnet or antenna.

5. How can I update firmware for my Cycplus?

You can do the update for all of our products(except the air pumps) via our 'CYCPLUS' app, which can be downloaded through Google Play and App Store on your cell phone.

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us: Quick checkout process; Easily view your order status and order history; Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions.

2. How do I make a purchase?

Browse the site, then simply select the size, color and quantity needed on the product page and then click 'ADD TO CART' button. Once you have all your desired items added into your Shopping cart, simply click the 'CHECKOUT' button. You will then be asked to sign in or register. Next, enter any coupon codes that you may want to use. Then, you will be directed to fill in your Billing and Shipping address. Finally, select the shipping method and payment method you prefer, then click 'CONFIRM ORDER'. Through our payments partner's page or form, you will securely input the payment information of your choice. Once the order is successfully placed, you will be given an order number, as well as receiving an order confirmation email through your registered email address containing the contents of your order for your reference.

3. How do I use a Coupon Code when placing my order?

To redeem a Coupon Code, please input the text code into the box named 'Coupon Code' in the checkout page, then click 'Apply Coupon'. Please note that promotion code may not be used in conjunction with other offers. 

4. I am having issue using the Coupon Code. What do I do?

Please check whether: i) the coupon code as expired; ii) coupon code is for one time use only; iii) each order can only use one coupon code; iv) coupon code may not be valid for “Sales & Clearance” items; v) store credit and coupon code cannot be used in conjunction in an order. 5. How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".

6. Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

Usually, In order to ensure our processing time is fast we are unable to amend any orders as any amendments will cause delay in the delivery of your order.

7. Can I cancel my order if I changed my mind?

You may cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. 

8. I reached out via email, but I haven't received a response in over 2 business days. What now?

We apologize if this has happened. However due to certain situations such as shopping sales period and public holidays, our customer service team may take an extra few days to respond due to the volume of inquiries. We do our best to answer all the messages with 24 - 72 working hours (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays). From time to time our replies may end up in your spam folder. Please also check your spam folder in your email as well.

Payment

1. What types of payment method may I use?

We currently accept Paypal to ensure you having a smooth, secure and safe checkout process. You must register a Paypal account to checkout. For details, please click Payment Information.
And we may accept more other payment in the future, you can check it in our Payment Information page .

2. Why does my order status show 'Payment Pending'?

PayPal will process your payment immediately. However, there may be some delay when the payment is still processing by PayPal. In these circumstances Payment Pending status will be seen. However rest assured as long as your PayPal checkout was complete, your order's payment will successfully be processed and the order status will be changed accordingly.

3. I made a payment but I haven't received any email confirmation. What to do now?

As soon as we confirm payment is successfully received, your order will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email via your registered email address on your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder in your email in case the confirmation email has landed in your spam folder. If you are a registered member with us, you can also log in to 'Your Account' to check your order status. If any further assistance is needed on these email issues, please contact our via Email.

Returns

1. What is CYCPLUS's return and exchange policy?

In the cases you change your mind, or receive defective and incorrect items, we offer you a 14-day return policy to request goods return upon the receipt of order, subject to CYCPLUS Returns terms and conditions. You may refer to Returns & Refund for the related terms.

2. How do I return my order?

Please note that we only accept returns within 14 days after order delivery. Before returning your order, please read our Returns & Refund again to make sure that your return request meets our return requirement. You may contact us through Email with the order number, item name and photos of the package, And our service team will normally acknowledge your request and advise the return procedure within 3-7 working days.

3. Can I exchange my item?

According to our Returns & Refund, items are eligible for exchanging for size or color options, and return request must be made to CYCPLUS within 14 days after order delivered.  After we receive your returned package, we will require up to 20 business days to process and handle the return to then dispatch your newly required size or color of your item. If we cannot meet your request, i.e. specific size or color is out of stock, item value will be refunded in the form of store credit.

4. Do I need to send the item back to your warehouse for a return or exchange at my own cost?

Yes. For all returns, the customer will need to arrange the return of the item via Regular or Registered Air Mail back to our designated return address. 5. Do you offer refunds if I had allergic reactions to your beauty or skin care products?

We do not offer refunds or returns in the cases that involve allergic reaction due to products that you have purchased from us. The ingredients of the product are listed on the product page to help customers identify any sensitive or problematic ingredients.
