At CYCPLUS, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a fair and transparent return and refund process. Please carefully review our policy outlined below. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calender days from the date you receive your order.
After this period, returns and exchanges are no longer eligible.
Return Authorization Required
Before returning any product, you must obtain prior authorization from CYCPLUS Customer Support by contacting us at steven@cycplus.com.
- Return instructions and the designated return address will be provided upon approval.
- Any returns received without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Return Conditions
a) Unused Items
To qualify for a return, unused products must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is in its original, unused condition;
- The product is free from dirt, dust, odors, or any signs of use;
- All original packaging, accesories, manuals, and documentation are included.
Shipping Costs for Unused Product Returns:
- If the return is due to product defects or errors attributable to CYCPLUS, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, incorrect order, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
b) Used Items
Used products may only be returned if they exhibit a verified manufacturing defect or severe malfunction. All used product returns are subject to:
- Prior written approval from CYCPLUS;
- Product inspection upon receipt;
- Refunds or replacements being issued only after successful verification of the defect.
Unauthorized returns of used products will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to recover the unauthorized return.
Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:
Orders canceled prior to shipment will be subject to a 5% processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. -
Pre-Orders:
- Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed.
- Cancellations of pre-orders prior to shipment will receive a 95% refund.
- Once shipped, pre-orders may not be canceled.

After Shipment:
Orders cannot be canceled once the item has been dispatched.

Claims for Shipping Damage
In the event your item arrives damaged in transit:
- You must notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery by contacting steven@cycplus.com.
- You must provide clear photo or video documentation of the damage.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
* Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you have not received your refund:
- First, verify your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
- If unresolved, contact our support team at steven@cycplus.com.
Non-Returnable & Unauthorized Items
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
- CYCPLUS reserves the right to apply a restocking fee where applicable.
